I got a comment recently from someone who’s not able to start comics because they can’t afford a tablet and I want to shout from the rooftops that you don’t need fancy gear to make a comic!!! Both Dead City and Gender Slices were completely traditional (aside from some grey tones in Dead City).
I love traditional work. I love pens. I love ink.
Go grab some paper, grab a pen, and get started on your comic!!!
Drew these a while back while I was sick. These are fakemon that I made for me and Michelle.
Capuchan is mine and would resemble a Capuchin bird but also a berry.
Squeow is Michelle’s and is like a vampire squid and a dumbo squid but also a cat. The face on top is a decoy and fake.
A few months back there was a twitter challenge to draw your character in your mutual’s styles! I had a ton of fun drawing Ulf a bunch of different ways, and it felt great to try new things! The artists’ twitters are on the images if you want to pop over to twitter to take a look at their super great art!
I thought I posted this but I guess I didn’t. Mine and Michelle’s gym leadersonas. Birds and ghosts combine in this spooky-flying duo gym!
My dumb, dumb pokemon trainer for Sun and Moon.
It’s Ulf.
He’s slowly becoming my default game persona. Whoops.
Well here he is with his adorable slowpoke and some stuff that’s happened in his journey. He’s crushed hard on almost every captain and kahuna.
Also if anyone wants to do a trainer art trade, hit me UP!

A gem I made a little while ago: Dino Bone.
Because did you know that there’s a GEM called DINO BONE?!
Amazing!
I couldn’t help myself.
