Pokemon Blue Nuzlocke: Downpour
Pallet Town: Kelby started their journey and faced off against their rival Barras and won.
Rules:
-Catch only the first encounter in each area
-Perma box anyone who faints
-Draw the team every time it changes: new member, loss, evolution, big battle
Pokemon Blue Nuzlocke: Downpour
I’ve been excited for this ever since I found out Blue was coming to the eShop! I’ve been designing Kelby here for most of the month and I’m excited to finally reveal them to you!
I’m going to do a Blue gijinka Nuzlocke, but not a comic. As much as I’d love to do a comic, I just don’t have the time. But I thought of an alternative. I’m going to be drawing my team every time it changes. It’ll challenge me to design the characters and put as much expression as I can into a small lineup.
So look out for it! I’ll try and update frequently! I’ll also make a new side link on my blog for easy access to the posts!

I’ve loved Pokemon my whole life and I’m really excited for what’s to come this year! 18 years of playing the games, ever since I was 9! It’s got a very special place in my heart.
Also I’ve got some more art to post a little later today. A little project I hope you’ll all like!

Grumble grumble.
After drawing Bronze again I couldn’t help but look back on some fond memories from the DA group I was in, Bandiera, and I took to drawing some old friends!

Character design prompt:
Design a character, anything you can think of! Can be within any sort of time period, style, world. No limits other than using mostly that one colour that you picked.
There’s no limits on colours either. Multiple people can design characters for one colour. This is just a prompt to get your juices flowing.

Bronze is an energetic person who enjoys both his own company and the company of others. He’s self conscious but very good at keeping everyone’s spirits up. He’s very naive and is easily taken advantage of for his generosity. Can be a bit feeble-minded, but is charming and endearing enough to get by. A regular old boy-scount kind of guy. Very simple. He works as a lumberjack.
Backstory time: I made Bronze six years ago for a group on DeviantArt. The group impacted me a lot during college and I didn’t draw much else for a good two years. The group has since disbanded and I really missed Bronze, so I wanted to create something to put him in. I’m sure I’ll find a comic to draw him in, but for the meantime I wanted to light the fires of inspiration once more to create characters based off colours again.
Colour test of an old OC I’m going to use for something new! If anyone’s followed me for a long time you might remember Archie from deviantArt. Many changes are happening but I still really liked the initial character design.
