Artist/writer duo @TopazComics reminds us that you’re never too old to play with their SCORE! comic TOUCHDOWN. These two may seem sweet, but make no mistake: their game is fierce! http://kck.st/2NoHvD9
Have you pledged to the SCORE! kickstarter yet? If not, you should! It’s great, and sweet, and funny.
“SCORE! is a brand new lineup of NSFW Sports Comics from Filthy Figments. Nineteen women and non-binary creators team up to celebrate heated rivalries, deep friendships, and what happens beneath the surface.
The stories explore subjects like gender, queerness, and body image and feature a variety of artistic styles, genres, sexualities, genders, kinks, and fetishes!” – Filthy Figments
Michelle and I have a story in it and we’re both really proud of it.
So check it out!
A sketch dump because I was on a character kick. Rust is another colour character I made. He’s Bronze’s adopted son. He’s a good sweet boy who means well but hasn’t socialized much with people his age. I don’t think the drawing in the bottom right corner is canon anymore for him being older. I’m playing with the idea of making a transboy who doesn’t go on hormones, because that’s where I’m at right now.
Finally a new colour reference for Tan & Bronze! I’ve decided that Bronze is just in his early 40s now, ‘cause it looks good. That’s all. How does one draw young people again? Who knows!
I met my partner because of these two characters way back in 2010. There was a group we were apart of where we made ocs based on colours. They’re still a lot of fun to draw and I’m really glad I made Bronze!
I posted this on DeviantArt, which I haven’t used in like 7 years. I’ve been apart of this Organization XIII group since 2007 and the mods recently started revamping it. I couldn’t let my boy go, so I made a new sheet for him, even if I can’t participate as much as I used to, it’s still fun to be apart of! Nel has come a long way!
A hashtag on twitter right now about drawing eyeballs! Probably my favourite thing to draw while making comics actually.
Happy pride from these two silly queer boys! If you want a new queer comic to read, try Dead City? http://topazcomics.com/deadcity/welcome/
