April Challenge Comic 1.
It’s no April fools joke that I’m going to attempt the impossible. To do a page of a comic once a day. Bam! This one took a bit too long, but I’m getting it in before midnight. It’s currently…. 10:07pm. Woooo! I’m trying out new things and such, seeing what works, what doesn’t… all that!
So AU comic where I ship characters who aren’t dating in canon. It’s cute, I can’t help it. I just really wanted to do a comic where JP’s trying to be sexy, that’s basically it.

Secret santa for sentris’s character Cassandra Stavros in demigod-rising!
I was really excited to get Cassandra, ohman, she’s so gorgeous! Wow! Too bad Thelma doesn’t have the same mind set as me though. Thelma is very… indifferent to people’s needs and wants, and this was more of a ‘what would I like, but need to make and give away?’ She’s also a little bit handy with her hands and can knit a tad, being the daughter of Athena I figured she could be alright with sewing and knitting and the likes. I’m sorry if Thelma’s really neutral about talking to people… I’ll figure her out soon~

Here’s my comic for the Fortune event in Org-Infinitus. I know it’s not my best work, but I’ve been going through an awful art block lately, and I just hate everything I’m doing. All of this was done on the spot, with almost no ideas, or sketching. Most of it was random freehand inking. Also no dialog, ‘cause, I’m deep like that (not really).
So we dive into Nel’s past a little. I really don’t want to give away much of when he was a somebody, so if you don’t get it, that’s the point. Nel hardly gets it. But his time in the Org is hinted too, like when he used to be a superior and failed. Poor kid hasn’t had the best life. Ohman. But yeah, I have a little figured out for Nel’s past as a somebody, but it’s all kind of up in the air still, and if he doesn’t remember most of it, I probably won’t reveal it. Just know it’s sad, and he lost people he tried to save.
This comic is really blah. I don’t like much about it, and inverting it was actually a mistake, but I liked how it looked, so it stuck. Also drawing the creepy ass dinosaurs… ohman, fuckin’ creepy. But I think it works, since Nel’s power is to control them, and no one should be able to in the first place, so there is worry in the back of his mind all the time, that it might backfire and he could just be swarmed and eaten. Why is this so much darker than I intented it to be? I don’t know. Well, I’m done. And I’ll try and move on to fix my art block (if anyone has any tips, feel free to help).

And now for something completely different. I wanted to be artistic at 2am for the passed week, in between doing commissions, and pulled out this. The consistancy is awful, as is the anatomy, but it was 2am and I didn’t care.
I wanted to put my own take on the 2012 ver. meets the 70’s ver. and I decided to use the actual script from the 70’s, which was FRIGGIN’ HARD TO DO, since Once-ler is a completely different character, but I really tried to make it work. I don’t want to depict Once-ler as creepy, the linework is just showing how dirty and gritty he became. In my mind, if this were to happen, he’d be so far in denial, he’d just be scaring himself into thinking he’s doing good. Ohman, I had this huge thing I was going to type… but I lost it.
