Work for a client on a really neat comic about battle bots on Mars made out of NASA rovers! Check out the full finished comic here!
If you’re interested in something like this feel free to shoot me an email, let’s work together!

Our first Dead City one shot for y’all! There’s a few little shorts like this that couldn’t make it in to the final comic so we thought we’d share and draw them for you anyway!
Hope you enjoy!
What other kinds of one-shots would you like seeing?

August’s sketchbook PDF is up on my Patreon for $5+ patrons!
I’ve been thinking a lot about my sketchbook recently: changing up the paper in it now that my usual is being discontinued, how to manage doing traditional and digital art at the same time, what I want to be drawing. It’s a journey!

Concept art for a 9 page comic done for a client about a gargoyle falling in love with a pigeon. You can read the whole comic here!

One of the first drawings I did when I got my new Samsung tablet to test it out back in December. I was really impressed with how easy it is to use and how nice the lines turned out!
I was testing using the app Medibang which I’ve grown really fond of in the last few months!

Okay, I’m going to try my best to stop making so many thank you posts in these descriptions. Anxiety am I right?!
Lupin is fun to draw and his dynamic with Zenigata is really interesting, and I’ve just been having such a good time exploring it!
Okay comic time! This one was inspired by my good friend Allison O’Toole!
Also thanks for sticking with me while I took a break from posting comics for a bit, that really helped me get a small one-shot buffer going and I’m real excited to share some silly little comics with y’all!
Basically what’s going to happen for a while is on Tuesdays I’ll be posting one-shot mini comics; some Lupin and some Dead City. Just whatever comes to mind for a while to practice on until we move on to a new webcomic.
Hope you stick with us because we got some fun ideas in the works!

My final art deliverable during my residency at the Canada Comics Open Library, where I wrote and drew a zine on how to go about creating your very own webcomic! You can get the whole 9 page zine for free here!

We have so many one-shot ideas to share with y’all and I gotta say they have been such a joy to work on.
I was really worried after finishing Dead City that comics would be hard to do after, but shifting gears after and doing some really fun kind of self-indulgent comic work has helped my anxiety so much.
I think I’ve also been really scared of people leaving now that Dead City’s done, and while I really wish I had a webcomic ready to go as soon as Dead City ended it just wasn’t in the cards yet. But I want to assure you that we’ll be back with another big story, we just need some time to rest and recharge.
I hope you’ll stick around and enjoy some of these small comics in the meantime and look out for new stuff to come! The best place to get that info is on Patreon or on my Twitter @jeypawlik
