Bam! Did some fanart of one of my favourite web comics. It’s really hard to get myself motivated to do fanart, when I’m so into drawing my own characters, but I think TJ and Amal are definitely an exception. Actually I drew this back mid-December because I bought the first volume for my girlfriend for Christmas… and I might’ve re-read it about six times before wrapping it up to finally give it to her.
Actually, I’d been reading it quite a lot within the passed few months in attempts to inspire and motivate myself to start working on comics of my own, but I think in the end… it actually made me come to grips with how much I liked my girlfriend (who I wasn’t dating at the time). I don’t know if that’s weird. Also because I hadn’t spoken to anyone ever about my possible feelings towards another girl. But I think it helped, because the comic itself feels so real and relate-able.
Sorry for rambling. I just have a lot of feelings.

More art for my adorable girlfriend. We’ve been doing a supernatural AU of our characters, Mikael and Ulf, in which Mikael is a vampire and outlived his boyfriend by sixty years. So Ulf comes back as a ghost to haunt him and cheer him up. Shenanigans ensue. I also really just wanted to see how I’d draw a ghost, or how I’d interprate one. So here’s the .png of that.
Also it’s not letting me upload the .gif version. Ugh.

So when I started working on DA icon avatars (Yowulf, Koisnake, Isura, Myself) which were commissioned by Yowulf and Koisnake… well, I was drawing these mini dwarves right? And man, once you do four… y’gotta do them all! So I did. I knew it was only a matter of time before I drew all thirteen of those lovely, amazing dwarves. Wow. I love them so much. Also ‘cause the Hobbit means an awful lot to me, I won’t get into it all, but it helped me with a ton of stuff when I was ten. For sure. So I have a lot of personal feelings for it. And the movie was amazing. Ahhh, anyways, so here’s some dwarves and such.
It’d be fun if I could make these into buttons or prints or something. What do you guys think?

BAM! Finally some good art, and some proper fullbody refs of Djuri’s crazy family. Wow, they’ve come a long way since THEN! Ohman, that was almost two years ago now. Ohjeeze. And back then, none of them really had any personality either.
So left to right: Falcor, Sindri, Ulf, Eitri, Djuri.
We already know everything about Djuri really. Uh, and I’m hoping to do proper sheets for her family, so I don’t want to get too into rambling right now. Also not pictured, Benevelen (who doesn’t actually live in the same town). Ah, I also changed a lot about their clothing to suit their growing personalities better. Also I lopped off Falcor’s leg. I’m not sorry.
