Jigen from Hemingway Papers, an underrated Lupin movie for sure. I really like how I coloured this one, might try this style again!

Zenigata is chasing after him in the background and throwing roped handcuffs at him. Narration reads “I am inspector Zenigata of the ICPO. I’m known in my department as the bulldog because once I start a case I never let go. My latest assignment is to take down the notorious thief Lupin III. He’s a dastardly fellow who has become famous for stealing even the most well-guarded paintings. And as if that wasn’t enough, he sends out the date and time of each heist before it happens! I’ve made it my life’s goal to take down the cocky bastard.” Panel two, the inside of a bar where Lupin and Zenigata are chatting together. Lupin’s in a bartender’s outfit and Zenigata is holding a beer. Narration reads “But while I’ve been in Paris trying to track down the elusive Lupin III, something wonderful happened. I was out exploring the night life of the city when I came across the “Bar Wolf” and inside met the delightful bartender Arséne. After working up my courage tonight is the night I will express my intentions and ask out the handsome Arséne!”
