Cool Comic Recommendation

Shot & Chaser, by EK Weaver

If you’ve read EK’s previous work TJ & Amal, which is one of my all time favourites and I also highly recommend, you’ll want to check this one out. It’s absolutely gorgeous, heartbreaking, sweet, and very real. The story follows Tre, a photographer, and Olly, a storm chaser, as they hop in Olly’s old station wagon to follow a storm during the pandemic and dealing with the world crumbling around them. EK’s characters always feel so real, like I could just bump into them in real life.

Lupin Zine Preorder Extravaganza

Three Lupin zines I’ve been working on have preorders for physical copies open AND digital copies are available right now! More details can be found in here, but I am so stoked to get these books out into the world. The three of us worked really hard on our pinup zine Things Exchanged, and Max and I couldn’t be happier with how After All These Years turned out. I hope you’ll read them.

Other Things

I’ve been working on the Nib & Ink Festival committee over at the Cartoonist Coop and am so stoked to be apart of the lineup with an event happening in May about RSS feeds, I hope y’all will join us in May for the very first NIF: a virtual comics festival!

I’m still open for commissions! If you’ve been wanting some art from me, now is the time because I don’t know when I’ll be able to take them again after my next contract.
