Sakana by Mad Rupert<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

I’ve been reading Sakana since it’s inception back on SmackJeeves (where we were also posting Dead City) and it is absolutely one of my favourite on-going webcomics. It’s sweet, the comedy is so good, the art is incredible! What more could you want?<\/p>\n

The story follows Jiro Sakana who works at a fish market in Japan and is trying to get a date with the cute girl who works across from him. Hilarity ensues.<\/p>\n

Did I mention there’s also queer characters? You’ll love them.<\/p>\n

Transfixed – Trans & Genderqueer Erotic Fairy Tales Anthology<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Max and I have a 15 page story in this really wonderful anthology from Filthy Figments.<\/p>\n

Kaye is looking forward to his next Grindr date when he starts hearing some unusual rumours. Will his date really be a five-dick having, pro-bono lawyer, who can make you orgasm for 15 minutes straight? Intrigued by the mystery, Kaye is ready to get to the bottom (and maybe bottom for) the mysterious Paul Bunyan. Legends of Paul Bunyan, Transman<\/span> is a contemporary trans masc4masc story based on the legend of Paul Bunyan, American folk hero. Disney Villains Cursed Caf\u00e9?!!?!<\/strong><\/h4>\n

So that secret game project I was working on for the last two and a half years? It’s out!<\/p>\n

I was the character artist on the game, my work for the game consisted of 104 character poses and reactions with blinks, flips and interchangeable arms and items, main cast caf\u00e9 background character art, 30 cutscene illustrations, 36 potion effects, some character design and refining, and fake text design.<\/p>\n

So my favourites to draw were Yzma, Hook, and Maleficent for sure and I think it shows. When you get the chance to design cute outfits for Yzma and make her react to things you kinda think “I never thought this is where I’d be” and it was really wonderful.<\/p>\n

It was such a joy to work with my art director Shel Kahn<\/a> and the whole team at Bloom Digital<\/a> on this big project. As a small studio, we are all so proud of this game.<\/p>\n

I’m going to be working on another game with Bloom so I can’t wait to yell about the next one too!<\/p>\n

I’ve been doing a lot of social media work for the Nib & Ink Festival<\/a> committee over at the Cartoonist Coop<\/a>. I’ll be doing a panel about RSS feeds and you’ll be seeing Dead City in the lineup of comics to read and buy!<\/p>\n

Max, Amiel and I will be sharing a booth at TCAF this year! Come by and say hi in June.<\/p>\n

I’m still open for commissions!<\/a> If you’ve been wanting some art from me, now is the time because I don’t know when I’ll be able to take them again after my next contract.<\/p>\n
